Bitwise Chainlink ETF 在 NYSE 上市
SEC 網站上的最新申報文件顯示，Bitwise 將在 NYSE 上以代碼 CLNK 推出其 Chainlink 交易所交易基金（ETF）。
該基金將允許投資者直接接觸 Chainlink，預計將於 2 月開始交易。在提交給美國 SEC 的 424B3 文件中，Bitwise 投資顧問公司透露計劃於 2 月 1 日使用此招股說明書。
SEC 的批准緊隨 Bitwise 向該機構提交的 Form 8-A 和 S-1 修正申請。這些申請是為在國家交易所交易的證券所必需的步驟。
Bitwise 在週一根據 1933 年證券法提交了這兩份聲明，更新了信託的結構和運作披露。
目前，Bitwise Chainlink ETF 尚未啟用 LINK 質押。然而，Bitwise 先前提及 Attestant Ltd 為首選的質押代理。
此外，根據 S-1 修正招股說明書，該信託將收取每年 0.34% 的單一管理費。此費用將基於信託持有的 Chainlink 資產價值計算。
不過，Bitwise 已同意在前 3 個月內免收最高 (百萬美元的管理資產（AUM）相關的贊助費用。Coinbase 保管信託公司將擔任保管人，負責保管資產及持有 LINK 的隔離帳戶。
此外，ETF 的股份將以 10,000 股為一個單位（稱為籃子）進行創建和贖回。Bitwise 投資管理有限公司預計將以 250 萬美元購買首批籃子股份，等同於 25 美元的 100,000 股。
LINK 價格展望新一輪漲勢
關鍵的是，Bitwise 的 CLNK 可能成為美國第二個交易的 LINK ETF。Grayscale 投資公司於 2025 年 12 月 2 日在美國推出了第一個 LINK ETF，代碼為 GLNK。
首日交易中，Grayscale 的 LINK ETF 累計資金流入達到 4150 萬美元。根據 SoSoValue 的數據，總資金流入已達到 6332 萬美元，總資產管理規模超過 )百萬。
與 GLNK 相似，市場參與者預期對 Bitwise Chainlink ETF 的需求將會很高。分析師現在預計，該 ETF 上市後的持續資金流入將支持 LINK 價格進一步上漲。
