根據披露，此次初步批准以“綠燈函”形式發出，在滿足最終合規條件並完成全面授權後，Ripple 將可在歐盟範圍內提供更廣泛的支付服務。整體來看，該許可將支持 Ripple 擴展其跨境支付平台，使歐盟金融機構能夠使用穩定幣和數字資產進行結算與資金流轉。
