Dawson 表示，地緣政治緊張局勢可能導致更深度下跌。「美歐間地緣政治緊張局勢升級（尤其是圍繞格陵蘭島的爭議），增加了市場回歸高波動環境的制度性轉換風險，而這一動態尚未在當前現貨價格中充分體現。」他解釋道，衡量看漲與看跌期權價格差的期權傾斜指標仍處負值區間，暗示短期下行擔憂。Deribit 等中心化衍生品平台的活動也呈現相同信號。
在 Derive 與 Deribit 平台上，執行價在 7.5 萬至 8 萬美元區間的看跌期權未平倉合約高度集中，這反映出市場預期價格可能下探至 7.5 萬美元中段區間。
