PANews 1月24日消息，据 Decrypt 报道，英国皇家检控署（CPS）已告知曾为已被定罪的比特币诈骗犯钱志敏提供资金和协助的 Sen Hok Ling，必须在 3 个月内支付超过 760 万美元（500 万英镑），否则将面临重新入狱并加判 8 年刑期。
Sen Hok Ling 是马来西亚公民，于 2025 年 11 月认罪，承认一项洗钱罪名，被判处近五年监禁。2024 年 2 月至 4 月期间，他从钱志敏处获得了 83.7 枚比特币，并通过阿联酋的银行账户和第三方兑换成现金。涉及钱志敏名下 6.1 万枚比特币的民事处置程序仍在进行中。
