ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitsmedia 报道，俄罗斯国家杜马已在第三次最终审议中通过一项法律，明确规定了在刑事案件中没收和冻结加密货币的程序。
该法案确认加密货币作为财产的法律地位，要求在没收时详细记录资产类型、数量和钱包地址等信息。法案允许将被没收的加密货币转移至专门的国家钱包，并授权政府机构与海外交易所合作执行没收措施。该法案尚需联邦委员会批准和总统签署，将在官方公布后 10 天内生效。此前，俄罗斯宪法法院已允许公民在法院中保护其数字货币权利，即使未在税务部门申报。
