2月11日消息，專家表示，現實世界資產代幣化（RWA Tokenization）仍處於市場炒作周期的早期階段，但其長期潛力正在被傳統金融機構與區塊鏈企業加速驗證。隨著以太坊等公鏈基礎設施逐步成熟，資產上鏈正被視為未來金融體系的重要組成部分。
Ondo 全球拓展董事總經理 Min Lin 在香港共識大會上指出，僅美國國債市場規模就高達29萬億美元，若叠加全球股票市場，總規模接近127萬億美元，其中美國佔比約69萬億美元。這一體量意味著，哪怕只有極小比例實現鏈上化，也足以推動整個加密金融生態發生結構性變化。
Securitize 生态系統負責人 Graham Ferguson 表示，雖然資本與技術熱情高漲，但代幣化要真正落地，仍需在合規、清算與資產流轉機制上建立清晰路徑。他強調，美國監管機構已逐漸將代幣化視為“新一代市場基礎設施”，而非單純的合規試驗。
在實踐路徑上，兩家公司採取了不同模式。Ondo 專注於“封裝式”代幣化，將股票、ETF或國債等資產快速映射為鏈上代幣，並允許在合規條件下進入DeFi場景，例如用作抵押或借貸工具。其 Ondo Perps 產品甚至支持直接以代幣化股票作為保證金，提高資本使用效率。
相比之下，Securitize 更強調原生發行與跨司法管轄區的合規流程，確保每一筆鏈上資產都能追蹤真實受益人。這種方式擴展速度較慢，但在機構級金融場景中更具可信度。
業內普遍認為，RWA代幣化、區塊鏈資產上鏈、去中心化金融與傳統金融融合，將在未來幾年成為加密市場的重要增長引擎。儘管仍面臨監管與技術挑戰，但這一賽道已展現出重塑全球資本流動方式的潛力。
