ChainCatcher 消息，在 Consensus Hong Kong 2026 上，機構級 RWA 代幣化成為大會核心議題。OnGreen 在大會期間獲得雙重背書：來自迪拜 BlueRock Capital 的戰略投資支持以及 OnGreen CEO Eric Ng 與多位行業領袖展開高層交流。
據悉，BlueRock Capital 是一家受迪拜金融服務管理局（DFSA）監管的風險投資機構。該機構將為 OnGreen 提供分階段潛在融資支持，首期資金最高可達 100 萬美元，同時提供戰略顧問、區域市場准入及合作夥伴網絡資源等深度支持，協助 OnGreen 在中東及北非（MENA）地區推進其 Oasis Journey 生态系統的落地。
OnGreen 融合綠色技術與 Web3 基礎設施，構建以下核心能力：
- 荒漠化治理與綠色建設，打造具備持續收益能力的 RWA 資產；
- AI 優化碳信用驗證，通過 AI BIM 系統，將可重複生成的碳信用轉化為具備流動性與收益屬性的數字資產；
- 統一碳信用註冊體系，不可篡改、機構級標準的註冊系統，樹立全球新基準；
- 綠色資產交易平台，為代幣化環境資產提供深度流動性支持。
OnGreen CEO Eric Ng 表示：「Oasis Journey 是具備成熟可迅速落地的綠色技術體系，涵蓋土地修育、AI 驗證碳信用以及鏈上註冊機制，我們正將沙漠轉化為可驗證的資產類別。」
BlueRock Capital CEO Sher Ali 表示：「中東規模達 1860 億美元的綠色轉型進程，正與全球 RWA 代幣化趨勢交匯。這是一種由代碼與資本共同支撐的影響力實踐。」
隨著沙特與阿聯酋試點項目全面推進，OnGreen 正以「橋接協議」定位，成為串聯亞洲監管清晰度與中東資本動能的戰略連接器。
