BlockBeats 消息，2 月 17 日，日本金融集團 SBI Holdings 計劃收購新加坡加密貨幣交易所 Coinhako 的多數股權，以進一步深化其在加密貨幣領域的布局。
公告稱，SBI Holdings 全資子公司 SBI Ventures Asset 已與 Coinhako 的母公司 Holdbuild 簽署意向書，擬向 Coinhako 注資並從現有投資者手中收購股份。如果交易完成，SBI Holdings 將獲得 Coinhako 的多數股權，並使 Coinhako 成為其合併子公司，但該交易尚需獲得監管部門的批准。
收購的財務條款和所有權細節尚未披露，投資結構和股份購買方案仍在商討中。這項不具約束力的交易將使 SBI 在新加坡獲得合法牌照，新加坡是亞洲主要的受監管加密貨幣中心之一。（Cointelegraph）
