Foresight News 消息，据财新报道，英国高等法院於 2 月 16 日及 17 日举行 6 萬枚比特幣洗錢案資產處置聽證會。根據聽證會披露的信息統計，超過 11300 名中國受害者擬向英國高院遞交追償申請，僅佔 128409 名受害者的 8.8%，英國追償將於 5 月 22 日截止登記。
根據英國《犯罪所得法》（Proceeds of Crime Act，POCA）第 281 條，若有人主張被政府凍結或擬沒收的資產原本屬於自己，可向英國高院提出追償申請。2024 年 10 月 22 日，英國方面允許藍天格瑞受害者主動追償，向英國高院舉證登記，證明自己是藍天格瑞案的受害者，與涉案資產存在關係。
