王純表示 BIP-110 提案就像是“以保護兒童為名打包了一堆胡言亂語，然後作為一個整體強加給我們”。
Jameson Lopp 亦發表長文表示 BIP-110 輕率、不理性、注定失敗。
Adam Back 則認為 BIP-110 可能會威脅比特幣的不可篡改性以及存儲價值。
