Odaily星球日報訊 白宮近日重申,美國總統特朗普目前沒有計劃赦免 FTX 創始人 Sam Bankman-Fried(SBF)。儘管 SBF 近期在社交媒體上頻繁發聲,被認為試圖爭取政治支持,但相關努力暫未產生效果。
據悉,SBF 近幾周幾乎每天在 X 平台發帖,表達對特朗普及其經濟政策的支持,同時批評民主黨,並對審理其案件的法官提出不滿。他還多次聲稱“FTX 始終具備償付能力”,但尚未正式提出赦免請求。
媒體此前報道特朗普無意赦免 SBF,一名白宮官員隨後再次確認這一立場,並援引特朗普今年 1 月接受採訪時的表態稱,他沒有計劃赦免包括 SBF 在內的多名知名人士。不過白宮並未說明未來是否存在政策變化的可能。
雖然特朗普上任以來已赦免部分與加密行業相關的知名人士,但分析認為,曾在 2020 年向拜登陣營捐款約 520 萬美元的 SBF 獲得赦免的可能性仍然較低。
