BlockBeats 消息，3 月 1 日，BTCS 首席戰略官 Wojciech Kaszycki 表示，隨著加密市場持續低迷，2026 年加密財庫公司或將迎來整合潮。當前不少公司股價已跌破其持有加密資產的淨資產價值（NAV），處於折價交易狀態。
Kaszycki 指出，擁有實際運營業務（如區塊鏈驗證者服務、提供公開及私募信貸工具）的金庫公司，因具備現金流優勢，更有能力收購僅持有加密資產、但缺乏經營收入的公司。他表示：「在這個市場中，許多低於淨資產價值交易的公司都在掙扎。如果進行整合，有時『2+2』可能等於 6，能夠更快勝出。」
此外，他認為現實世界資產（RWA）代幣化，尤其是公共及私募信貸資產的鏈上化，將在未來 24 個月內顯著增長。這類代幣化信用工具可作為 DeFi 平台中的抵押品，用於借貸等場景，成為金庫公司的潛在收入來源。
目前全球最大的比特幣金庫公司 Strategy 亦向投資者提供類信用與固定收益工具，並以此作為其納入 MSCI 指數體系的重要論據之一。
