根據周一發布的公告，Bitmine Immersion Technologies（美股代號：BMNR）上周加碼增持 51,162 枚以太幣，總持幣量增至 442 萬枚，占以太幣總供應量的 3.66% 。
若以每枚 1,958 美元的價格計算，Bitmine 所持有的以太幣總值約為 87 億美元，穩坐「全球持有以太幣最多的上市企業」寶座，更名列全球第二大加密貨幣儲備公司，僅次於 Strategy 。
值得注意的是，Bitmine 大舉掃貨適逢市場處於董事長 Tom Lee 所稱的「迷你加密寒冬」。他在聲明中表示：
鑑於以太幣基本面持續走強，我們認為這波回調很有吸引力，所以也一直在穩步買進以太幣。在我們看來，目前的市場價格並沒有反映出以太幣的高實用性，以及它作為未來金融基石的角色。
Tom Lee 表示，儘管市場短線承壓，但以太幣仍有 3 大利多因素持續發酵，分別是：華爾街代幣化浪潮、人工智慧應用愈來愈依賴智慧合約，以及創作者經濟轉向基於區塊鏈的驗證方式。
Bitmine 的戰略並非單純「囤幣」，而是追求資產的生產力。報告顯示，該公司目前所持有的以太幣中有約 68.7%（約 304 萬枚）已投入質押。
以 2.89% 的質押收益率計算，這筆質押資產每年可為 Bitmine 帶來 1.71 億美元的被動收入。 Bitmine 預計在本季推出自有的「美國製造驗證者網路（MAVAN）」基礎設施，一旦將全數以太幣投入質押，年化收益有望衝上 2.49 億美元。
Tom Lee 補充指出，目前 Bitmine 已與 3 家質押服務商合作，為 MAVAN 上線做最後準備。
