3月2日消息，比特幣最大企業持有者之一的Strategy宣布再次上調其優先股STRC的股息收益率。公司創始人Michael Saylor周日表示，自2026年3月起，STRC年化股息率將由11.25%提升至11.50%。這已是該產品自2025年7月上市以來的第七次股息上調，顯示公司正通過高收益結構化產品吸引資本。
STRC被稱為“Stretch”，是一種永續優先股，其股息率按月動態調整。公司每月都會根據市場情況微調收益率，目標是將股價穩定在100美元面值附近。此前在2月市場波動期間，STRC價格一度跌破面值，隨後逐步回升。目前公司將該產品定位為一種短期高收益的儲蓄型資產，下一次股息發放時間為2026年3月31日。
與優先股表現相對穩定不同，Strategy普通股MSTR近期承壓明顯。數據顯示，MSTR在2月份下跌約14%，已連續第八個月錄得下跌。此前該股曾在2024年11月短暫觸及543美元高點，而截至上週五收盤僅為129.50美元，較歷史峰值回撤約75%。
公司CEO Phong Le近期透露，Strategy正在調整融資結構。未來將減少普通股融資比例，轉而通過發行優先股籌集資金，以持續擴大比特幣儲備。Phong Le表示，2025年公司通過STRC及其他永續優先股融資約70億美元，佔整個優先股市場規模的約三分之一。
財務數據顯示，Strategy在2025年第四季度錄得124億美元淨虧損，儘管收入同比增長1.9%至約1.23億美元，但財報發布後公司股價仍單日下跌13%。與此同時，比特幣價格目前仍低於公司平均買入成本。Strategy的平均買入價為76,020美元，而當前市場價格約為66,000美元。
儘管存在浮虧壓力，公司仍持續增加比特幣持倉。2月16日當周，Strategy斥資約3980萬美元購入592枚比特幣，使其總持倉量達到717,722枚BTC，並完成第100次比特幣收購。分析人士認為，隨著企業比特幣儲備規模不斷擴大，Strategy的資本結構調整與融資策略將繼續成為市場關注的重要指標。
