3月2日消息，歐洲多家大型銀行正加速布局穩定幣市場。據西班牙媒體《Cinco Días》報導，由多家歐洲銀行組成的聯盟Qivalis正在與加密行業的流動性提供商和平台展開談判，計劃推出一款與歐元掛鉤的穩定幣，並力爭在2026年下半年正式上線。
該聯盟成員陣容強大，目前包括ING、UniCredit以及近期加入的BBVA等多家金融機構。此前在2025年9月，ING、UniCredit、CaixaBank、Danske Bank、Raiffeisen Bank International、KBC、SEB、DekaBank和Banca Sella等九家銀行共同發起成立該聯盟，旨在打造符合歐洲監管標準的數字支付基礎設施。
Qivalis首席執行官Jan Sell表示，聯盟正在積極尋找歐洲及全球合作夥伴，以擴大穩定幣的使用範圍。他指出，該項目的核心目標之一，是為市場提供“受監管的、本土化的美元穩定幣替代方案”，從而推動企業間實時跨境支付以及全球貿易結算效率的提升。
目前，聯盟正與多個市場參與者進行深入溝通，包括做市商、流動性提供商以及數字資產平台。與此同時，各成員銀行也計劃在自身金融體系中支持該穩定幣的分發與使用。
監管合規被視為該項目推進的關鍵因素。Qivalis正在篩選符合歐盟《加密資產市場監管條例》（MiCA）框架的合作夥伴。据報導，一家獲得MiCA許可的西班牙數字資產平台已經與聯盟內部銀行進行了初步接觸，討論潛在合作方案。
在資產儲備方面，Qivalis首席財務官Floris Lugt透露，該歐元穩定幣將採用1:1儲備機制，其中至少40%的儲備資金將以銀行存款形式持有，其餘部分預計投資於歐元區多個國家的高質量短期主權債券，以降低集中風險。
此外，該穩定幣將支持全天候贖回機制，允許用戶在任何時間將代幣兌換為等值歐元資金。業內人士認為，隨著歐洲金融機構加速進入穩定幣領域，受監管的歐元穩定幣有望成為全球數字支付體系中的重要補充。
