SoFi Technologies, Inc. 宣布與 Mastercard 合作，將 SoFiUSD 作為 Mastercard 全球支付網絡的結算選項。此舉將 SoFiUSD —— 這款完全儲備的美元穩定幣 —— 定位為由美國國家認可且受保險的銀行發行的第一款穩定幣，並在公開、無許可的區塊鏈上運行。
此整合使得基於卡片的交易能夠使用 SoFiUSD 進行結算，可能促進更快的匯款和企業對企業（B2B）交易。SoFi 的 CEO Anthony Noto 表示：“有了 SoFiUSD 作為 Mastercard 網絡上的結算貨幣，卡片發行商和收單行能夠輕鬆協助他們服務的數百萬企業，實現全天候即時結算。”
除了實現即時結算外，這次合作還擴展了 SoFiUSD 在 Mastercard 多代幣網絡（MTN）上的支持。MTN 是 Mastercard 的數字資產平台，將傳統法幣與數字貨幣連接起來。因此，此整合提升了穩定幣、法幣和代幣化存款之間的互操作性。
此外，SoFi Bank, N.A. 計劃在 Mastercard 網絡上使用 SoFiUSD 結算信用卡和借記卡交易。此外，SoFi 的技術平台 Galileo 預計將為客戶和發卡銀行提供直接用 SoFiUSD 結算交易的選擇，為支付靈活性開啟新途徑。
擴展數字支付能力
Mastercard 與 SoFi 的合作旨在探索更多 SoFiUSD 的應用場景，例如可編程財務管理、額外的資金轉移和支付。
Mastercard 全球數字商業化負責人 Sherri Haymond 表示：“在我們的網絡上引入穩定幣結算，將連接受監管的穩定幣與消費者、企業和金融機構所期望的可靠性、安全性和覆蓋範圍。”
穩定幣市場正經歷交易量激增，日交易額約達 300 億美元。2025 年，穩定幣的發行量較去年翻倍。
此外，SoFiUSD 完全由現金 1:1 儲備，支持即時贖回。這確保了 Mastercard 網絡中商戶和發行人的流動性，同時符合監管規定。隨著時間推移，SoFi 和 Mastercard 可能會探索基於穩定幣的卡片計劃和跨境匯款。
