3月4日消息，比特幣礦業公司Core Scientific近日披露，其正在出售部分比特幣儲備，以為公司向人工智慧與高性能計算（HPC）基礎設施轉型提供資金支持。根據公司提交的最新10-K文件，自2025年12月至2026年2月期間，該公司已累計出售1,924枚比特幣，套現約1.76億美元。
鏈上數據平台Bitcoin Treasuries顯示，目前Core Scientific仍持有約613枚比特幣，價值約4200萬美元。與此同時，公司計劃將位於美國德克薩斯州佩科斯的數據中心從傳統比特幣挖礦業務轉型為托管服務設施，以承接不斷增長的AI算力需求。
業內人士認為，這一調整反映出比特幣礦業公司商業模式正在發生變化。隨著能源成本上升以及挖礦利潤率下降，越來越多礦企開始探索數據中心、AI算力托管以及高性能計算等新收入來源。此前，多家礦業公司已啟動類似戰略轉型，包括CleanSpark、Riot Platforms以及IREN等企業。
與此同時，比特幣礦企減少儲備資產的行為，也讓市場開始重新評估“數字資產國庫（DAT）”模式的可持續性。另一家大型礦企MARA Holdings近期同樣調整了資產策略，允許出售資產負債表上的比特幣，這意味著其此前堅持的“HODL長期持有策略”出現明顯變化。
市場分析人士指出，在比特幣價格未能刷新歷史高點的背景下，一些企業開始更加重視現金流和資本效率。截至目前，比特幣價格約為6.8萬美元，過去一個月下跌約11%，近三個月跌幅接近27%。
不過，並非所有企業都選擇減持。比特幣持倉規模最大的上市公司Strategy（原MicroStrategy）仍維持其長期持有策略。公司創始人Michael Saylor近日再次表示正在繼續買入比特幣。不過，該公司CEOPhong Le此前也承認，在極端市場環境下，公司理論上仍可能出售部分比特幣儲備以應對流動性風險。
