Circle 宣佈 Nanopayments（奈米支付）測試網正式上線，此工具為建構代理經濟（Agentic Economy）的核心支付原語（Core Payments Primitive），可支援低至 0.000001 美元且免手續費（Gas-free）的 USDC 轉帳，新的技術旨在解決傳統金融與現有區塊鏈架構處理高頻率、超小額奈米支付中面臨的成本壓力，為代理經濟提供全新的底層基礎架構。
奈米支付解決鏈上成本
現行金融系統與區塊鏈基礎設施在處理高頻率、小規模的交易時面臨顯著挑戰。傳統支付系統受限於固定手續費與營運成本，難以支撐低於美分單位的交易。即便在低成本的區塊鏈環境中，若進行單筆結算，手續費比例仍可能遠高於交易金額本身。舉例而言，一筆 0.0001 美元的轉帳在特定網路上，其產生的手續費可能達到原始金額的 1000 % 至 5000 %，這種現實阻礙了代理經濟的發展，基於當前的市場需求催生了專為代理經濟設計的奈米支付基礎設施，以確保自動化程式處理數百萬次活動時仍能控制成本。
Nanopayments 透過批量延遲處理大量微支付交易
Circle Nanopayments 採用的技術邏輯為將大量交易進行鏈下聚合，透過延遲、批量（Batching）等方式在鏈上完成最終結算。在這種模式下，數千筆微小交易被捆綁在單一結算動作，有效將開發者的每筆交易手續費降至零，而整體的鏈上成本則由批量結算層承擔，技術流程上，代理發起付款時會簽署 EIP-3009 授權訊息、傳送至 API，系統隨即驗證簽名並調整內部帳簿餘額，向商家提供即時確認。這種機制讓商品或服務的交付不再受限於區塊鏈的出塊時間或高手續費，實現了低成本瞬時交易。
Open Mind 機器狗實現支付應用場景
在代理經濟的實際運作中，Circle Core Payment Primitive 已被應用於多種自動化場景、Circle 與開源機器人開發商 Open Mind 的合作中，自動機器狗能透過系統完成自我儲值支付，展示了機器對機器（M2M）的閉環經濟活動。此類應用證明了自主軟體在無需人工干預的情況下，能夠發起支付、接收確認並持續執行工作流程。開發者可藉此建構按呼叫次數計費的 API、即時計算資源租賃或按資料抓取次數付費的搜尋服務。新的模型當中每一次細微的互動都蘊含價值，且無需為每筆互動建立帳戶或提供信用卡資料。
截至 2026 年 2 月，Circle Nanopayments 已在多個主流區塊鏈的測試環境中部署，提供開發者進行應用程式測試。目前支援的環境涵蓋 Arbitrum、Avalanche、Base、Ethereum、HyperEVM、Optimism、Polygon PoS、Sei、Sonic、Unichain 以及 World Chain 等多個相容以太坊虛擬機器（EVM）的網路。
