黄金急跌后震荡，短线区间把握

交易的本质，是在不确定性中寻找确定性，耐心等待属于自己的机会，比频繁出手更重要。
昨天早盘黄金出现大幅跳水，价格从高位快速下探后暂时企稳，尾盘维持窄幅震荡格局，多空博弈趋于谨慎，短期并未出现强势反转信号。目前盘面处于休市状态，新一天开盘在即，短线仍将以震荡运行为主。
从技术面来看，15分钟级别BOLL带开口向下，价格运行在中轨下方，短期均线保持空头排列，下轨支撑区域对价格形成一定托底，上轨压力则继续压制反弹力度，整体空头趋势仍占主导，反弹力度相对有限，中长线我们依旧看空。
操作上维持低多高空思路，新一天开盘后先以暂时的震荡区间交易为主，整体更偏向高空方向。下方关注4580-4600支撑区间，回踩不破可轻仓博弈短线反弹，目标看至4650-4670，止损放在4560下方；上方关注4670-4680压力区间，反弹承压则继续顺势高空，目标看至4620-4600，止损放在4700上方，严格做好止损风控，不恋战。

之前黃金在5030高位連續承壓，幾次突破都沒能成功，當時我們就觀望等待周三的數據，數據出來全線利空，我們直接看向4800~4600區間，現在這個目標已經完全抵達，走勢完全符合我們前期的預判。
明天重磅非農數據是接下來行情的關鍵，也是我們中長線抄底布局的核心節點。如果非農數據繼續利空，黃金大概率會繼續下探，底部大概率會落在4400附近，我們就在4400~4500這個區間開始正式中長線布局，分批進場、逐步補倉，把整體成本控制在50個點左右。做中長線本來就是大空間對應大容錯率，盈虧同源，你目標看幾百點的空間，成本控制在50點左右完全正常，不用糾結幾個點的波動。
如果非農數據直接利多，行情大概率會先小幅反彈回探，企穩之後大概率會沖到4900上方，然後大概率在4900~5000之間震盪運行，一口氣直接沖回5000上方的可能性並不大，所以我們反彈目標大概率看4900~5000這個區間。
這裡我也說得直白一點：資金量少的就別玩中長線，中長線布局一定要根據自己的倉位和資金體量來安排，沒有足夠的容錯空間，硬拿中長線只會越拿越被動。

雖然早間我們判斷行情會向下破位，並沒有按照預期走出來，目前仍在區間內窄幅震盪，不過空頭整體依舊偏強勢，這種震盪走勢大概率會持續到晚上數據公布。
今晚有兩個重要消息面，21點15分小非農ADP數據，以及美聯儲官員講話，這兩個重磅宏觀數據很大概率會打破這兩天持續的震盪格局。
重大宏觀數據我們沒辦法提前預測，所以數據出來之前不用猜方向，就在震盪區間裡來回操作就行，現在就是難得的撿錢機會。
數據前下方4985到4975區間企穩做多，上方5025到5035區間承壓做空，嚴格帶好止損，穩健把握區間利潤。

午間我們依托反彈高空思路布局，行情最高觸及5029後如期回落，最低下探至4990附近，完美兌現了看向4980-5000目標區域的預判，節奏踩得相當精准。
從技術面來看，當前價格在5000附近震盪整理，5分鐘級別BOLL帶中軌位於5004，MACD指標紅柱小幅放量，短線仍有修復反彈動能，但整體仍處於下行趨勢後的修正階段。下方4960-4980是近期強支撐帶，若回踩此區間不破，多頭將迎來反撲機會；上方5030-5050是關鍵壓力位，也是午間空單的核心布局區域，若反彈至此承壓，空頭趨勢將進一步延續。
晚間行情波動大概率會放大，這個寬幅區間必然會被打破。操作上繼續遵循低多高空的核心思路：
