Swiss cryptocurrency bank AMINA is licensed under MiCA in Austria.

TapChiBitcoin

The Swiss digital asset bank AMINA has been granted a full license by the Austrian Financial Supervisory Authority (FMA) under the MiCA regulatory framework, allowing their Austrian entity, AMINA EU, to provide regulated crypto services across Europe. The license includes crypto asset management, token conversion to fiat or between tokens, portfolio management, and crypto asset transfer services.

AMINA has already obtained a banking license from FINMA in Switzerland and multiple crypto licenses in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi, positioning them in the high-value institutional and individual client segment. Austria has been chosen as the starting point for the EU market due to its regulatory reputation, and AMINA intends to serve professional clients such as family offices, enterprises, and financial institutions.
