Strategy Company has purchased an additional 8,178 BTC worth 835.6 million USD at an average price of 102,171 USD/BTC from November 10 to November 16. In total, the company currently holds 649,870 BTC (~61.7 billion USD), acquired at an average price of 74,433 USD, equivalent to 13.3 billion USD in unrealized profits and accounting for over 3% of the BTC supply.
The new purchase round is funded by the sale of preferred shares STRK, STRF, STRC and the issuance of 620 million euros of STRE shares. This is part of a plan to raise 84 billion USD to continue buying BTC until 2027.
Despite the number of companies holding BTC increasing to 194, many stocks in the group have fallen sharply. Strategy's stock has dropped by 56% and its mNAV is only 0.93. Nevertheless, analysts indicate that Strategy has no intention of selling BTC and still has strong fundraising potential. Saylor also dismissed rumors of selling 47,000 BTC.
