Animoca Brands於星期五宣布，公司已獲得杜拜虛擬資產管理局（VARA）頒發的虛擬資產服務提供商（VASP）許可，藉此擴展在該地區的數字資產服務業務。
該許可允許Animoca Brands為在杜拜及其境內運營的機構投資者和合格投資者提供經紀服務—代理、虛擬資產管理和投資，杜拜國際金融中心除外。此決定鞏固了公司在中東地區的擴展策略，並確保遵守杜拜的法律框架。
Animoca Brands目前管理超過600家公司和數字資產，包括Moca Network、Open Campus、Anichess和The Sandbox等項目。公司亦在推動穩定幣和實體資產代幣化的相關計畫。
此獲批是在Animoca計畫透過反向合併在納斯達克上市的安排之後，預計將於2026年完成。
