2月24日消息，比特幣礦機製造商 Canaan 宣布斥資約3975萬美元，收購 Cipher Mining 在美國德克薩斯州三處比特幣礦場項目中的49%股份，進一步擴大其在北美比特幣挖礦基礎設施與能源資產領域的戰略版圖。此次交易涵蓋 Alborz LLC、Bear LLC 與 Chief Mountain LLC（統稱ABC項目），交易完成後，可再生能源基礎設施公司 WindHQ 仍持有51%控股權。
披露顯示，這三座礦場已全部投入運營，總裝機容量達120兆瓦，對應算力約4.4 EH/s，電力成本低於0.03美元/千瓦時，並配備風力發電資源及ERCOT電網需求響應能力，有助於降低比特幣挖礦成本並提升算力穩定性。與此同時，Canaan 還從 Cipher 购入6,840台 Avalon A15Pro礦機，該批設備原部署於 Black Pearl 礦場，而該站點正在轉型為人工智能與高性能計算（AI-HPC）數據中心。
本次收購通過股權融資完成，公司發行約806,439,900股A類股票，對應53,762,660份ADS，定價0.7394美元，並設六個月鎖定期，體現其以資本市場支持算力擴張與礦場併購的策略路徑。
業績方面，Canaan 2025年第四季度營收同比增長121.1%至1.963億美元，礦業收入同比增長98.5%至3040萬美元，比特幣儲備提升至1750枚，算力出貨量達到14.6 EH/s，裝機算力升至9.91 EH/s，主要受美國機構訂單推動。
在行業環境變化下，比特幣礦企正加速探索AI算力與雲計算業務轉型。MARA Holdings 近期收購 Exaion 64%股份切入AI基礎設施賽道，而 Hive、Hut 8、TeraWulf、Iren 等企業也在將礦場電力資源升級為數據中心運營。Canaan此次加碼美國低電價礦場與現有算力資產，被視為同時強化比特幣挖礦效率與布局AI算力基礎設施的重要戰略舉措。
