According to monitoring, the prices of edible oil and main food products in Leshan remain stable this week; pork and piglet prices are rising, live pig prices are falling; egg prices are increasing; vegetable prices fluctuate; agricultural materials prices are generally stable; the pig-to-grain ratio is rising.

This week, pork and piglet prices increased, while live pig prices decreased. Specifically: the retail price of fresh pork (pork leg with skin) is an average of 11.14 yuan per 500 grams across the city, up slightly by 0.41% from the previous period. The highest price in the counties (cities, districts) is 12.00 yuan per 500 grams, and the lowest is 10.00 yuan per 500 grams. The city’s average purchase price for live pigs is 710.91 yuan per 50 kilograms, a slight decrease of 0.13%. The average price of piglets is 8.90 yuan per 500 grams, up slightly by 0.46%. The pig-to-grain ratio is 5.30:1.

The average retail price of eggs in the city is 5.04 yuan per 500 grams, a slight increase of 0.54%.

The average retail price of rice is 2.74 yuan per 500 grams, unchanged from the previous period. The average retail price of flour is 2.76 yuan per 500 grams, also unchanged.

The average retail price of rapeseed oil is 10.41 yuan per 500 grams, unchanged.

The average retail price of blended oil is 71.83 yuan per 5 liters, unchanged.

This week, the prices of 10 vegetable varieties monitored in Leshan saw 2 increases and 6 decreases, with 2 remaining stable. Among them: the average price of celery is 3.64 yuan per 500 grams, down 10.11% from the previous period; the average price of Chinese cabbage is 1.86 yuan per 500 grams, up 5.13%; the average price of cucumbers is 4.32 yuan per 500 grams, unchanged; the average price of white radish is 1.36 yuan per 500 grams, unchanged; the average price of tomatoes is 5.86 yuan per 500 grams, down 6.52%; the average price of potatoes is 1.98 yuan per 500 grams, slightly down by 0.91%; the average price of green peppers is 5.68 yuan per 500 grams, down 1.57%; the average price of cabbage is 1.68 yuan per 500 grams, up 8.82%; the average price of lettuce is 2.64 yuan per 500 grams, down 1.69%; the average price of green beans is 5.32 yuan per 500 grams, down 4.10%.
