Currently, the entire market is in a downward trend. If you go all in now, you are just taking the bait. It's better to short high than to buy at low positions. It takes a day to go up, but only an hour to come down. You could lose your position while having a meal. Don't try to catch the bottom for the sake of your small wallet.
$BTC has no intention to go long, the rise from 74 to 76 is also a retail investors' bottom fishing, and the technical perspective still mainly looks bearish.
