Subscription Rules
1. Eligibility to participate:
Users need to complete identity verification and meet the minimum investment requirements to participate in the subscription.
2. Subscription Method:
Users can participate in the subscription using USDT, with a minimum subscription of 1 USDT.
3. Amount Obtained:
The system will fairly distribute tokens based on the proportion of the user's investment amount.
The number of tokens obtained = (Personal investment amount / Total investment amount of all users) × Total subscription amount
4. Token Distribution:
Participating in the subscription by investing tokens will involve locking them up, and they cannot be redeemed during the subscription period.
After the subscription ends, the user's participation funds will be deducted based on the actual amount of project tokens obtained, and the remaining funds will be refunded. If the actual amount of tokens obtained by the user is less than the invested amount, the remaining invested funds will be unlocked and automatically returned to your spot account after the distribution is completed.
If the actual number of tokens obtained by the user is less than 0.00000001 tokens, the tokens will not be issued, and the user's subscription funds will be fully refunded.
5. Price:
If the average price within 24 hours after trading starts (calculated based on the hourly closing price) is below 0.07 USDT, Gate.io will refund 100% of the subscription funds to users who meet the following conditions.
a. The user participated in the subscription.
b. Users must agree to return the subscribed PFVS tokens.
Note: Subscription users who have already made a profit are not included in this scope.
