There's a weekly discussion I want to join. This time, we'll talk about a few key topics: why do most products always struggle to attract attention, and how can we break through? How do storytelling, trustworthiness, and timing precisely drive real growth? Additionally, how can community and product value be integrated to ultimately create lasting competitive advantage? These questions are especially worth exploring deeply within the Web3 ecosystem. Anyone interested in product strategy would definitely want to listen.

The story is the key part, and most projects fail at this stage.

I think storytelling is severely underrated, most projects simply don't do it well. It sounds worth digging into, how to integrate community and product value is a really tough question. In Web3, there's too much noise, and truly breakout products are scarce. Trustworthiness is a valid point, but most projects can't get it right in the early stages. Timing? Well, only a few projects have really nailed the timing; most are just guessing blindly. The term "sustainable competitive advantage" sounds very lofty; in the Web3 ecosystem, most are just flash in the pan. Why does it feel like every project claims to have a story, but they all follow the same routine? Community-driven approaches only show their true strength during bear markets. The hardest part of breaking into the mainstream is information asymmetry—who really has the secret to success? I'd like to hear if there are any counterexamples—how did those failed projects go astray step by step?

Wow, the storytelling aspect is indeed underrated; most projects just hype it up. Trustworthiness is the real killer feature; without it, everything else is pointless.
