Industry Hot Topics at a Glance

HashKey has officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO raised HKD 1.6 billion (approximately USD 206 million), with an issue price of HKD 6.68 per share. However, the first day of trading did not meet expectations, closing at HKD 6.67, slightly below the issue price by one percent, marking a mild break below the offering price. This also reflects the current market sentiment towards the listing of crypto ecosystem companies.

There are also many voices in the Prediction market. The expected token issuance for the Lighter project in December has been volatile—earlier on a prediction platform, the probability once surged to 92%, then fell back to 50%, and now has risen to 77%. The community has mixed opinions on this, and the founder addressed it during an AMA live session. Looking at the fluctuations, there is still some disagreement in the market about the project’s token issuance schedule, which warrants continued observation.

hashkey's soft dump on day one? classic. market's already pricing in the desperation. prediction markets are just gambling pools for people who can't read onchain data anyway. lighter's token timing is pure psyops at this point.
