It's the same old story... The real problem is that unconfirmed transactions in the mempool can't be prevented at all. No matter how secure your private keys are, it's useless. Exchange got hacked? It should have been decentralized long ago. Storing funds there is just asking for trouble. The most important thing is to optimize the gas path, everyone.
