Culinary Concept and Menu Heritage

Stanton Social Prime draws inspiration from Chef Santos’ legendary Lower East Side establishment in New York, which gained recognition for its shareable platters highlighting prime cuts and innovative preparations. This new Las Vegas iteration maintains that legacy while introducing contemporary refinements suited to the resort’s upscale clientele.
