2025 Year-End Review and 26 Outlook

Watching friends around me thrive, dominate, and steadily increase their wealth in 2025, I have to admit—my 2025 main theme was completely opposite. A good hand of cards, but I managed to ruin it, break it, and waste it.

Someone advised me to rest well, even suggested I find a job. Haha, luckily I am persistent enough to stay at the poker table, still full of spirit, far from the age to retire.

How will 26 unfold? I am approaching it with first principles thinking and logic. This time, it's not about fantasies of a comeback, but about re-understanding the market from fundamental logic. Some lessons can only be engraved in the mind through personal experience.

look, technically speaking... you're just describing what happens when you don't analyze the base layer mechanics of your own decision-making, right? if you actually broke down the transaction data of your trades, you'd probably find the inefficiencies were stacked on top of each other. that's demonstrably sub-optimal. but hey, at least you're still in the game i guess?

Wow, this reverse operation is truly amazing. How much effort must have gone into turning a good hand into this?

I'm impressed by this persistence, it's smarter than those who just lie flat.

Still struggling at the card table, gotta give you props for that spirit. Really, only after falling firsthand do you understand the tricks of the market. But I've heard the first principles approach too many times... can it really be applied? Still, as I always say, as long as you're alive, there's a chance. A good hand ruined, then start from zero. Persistence isn't a bad thing, just beware that it might be just an escape. Keep going for 26 years, waiting for your counterattack story.

Really, sometimes losing money is the most expensive tuition fee.

I've seen quite a few blow-up poker games, but the key is how to interpret on-chain data. Has the activity of the whale addresses increased now? Your "first principles" sound pretty impressive; can you really explain from the underlying logic why the previous good hand wasn't played well? Sitting at the table is like being alive. If you haven't calculated the risk factor clearly, don't bother. I'm serious. In 2025, there will be corpses everywhere; why shouldn't it repeat in 2026? Let's hear how the backtest data looks. I like this enthusiasm, but don't fall back into the vortex of FOMO—that's the real eye of the storm.
