Star Entertainment Group Limited Charts New Leadership Direction As Executive Reshuffle Unfolds
Star Entertainment Group Limited (SGR.AX) has moved to strengthen its executive leadership pipeline through a series of significant management transitions. The organization has officially named Bruce Mathieson Jnr to serve as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, contingent upon securing the requisite regulatory and ministerial endorsements from authorities in New South Wales and Queensland.
Concurrent with this leadership appointment, the company is navigating a period of executive transitions at the senior levels. Group Chief Financial Officer Frank Krile has elected to step down, with his departure scheduled for 29 December 2025. Similarly, Group Chief Operating Officer Jeannie Mok is also exiting her role, with the transition expected to conclude by the end of January 2026.
