However, the optimism isn't universal. Ethereum spot ETFs experienced significant outflows yesterday, totaling -$72 million, with all nine available funds showing simultaneous selling pressure.

The paradox is striking: developers are building at record pace, signaling strong confidence in the ecosystem's long-term potential. Yet institutions are dumping holdings at equally record pace. One of these signals is undoubtedly sending the real market message.

Developers are building wildly, institutions are rushing to sell, this is just too outrageous. Developers are all in for the long term, but why are the institutional giants so eager to dump? I really don’t understand. Gas fees drop to 0.17, I’m thinking how much it would cost to sell at this price. Building so many contracts, is it all just to give big players a chance to take over? Institutions outflow 72 million, sounds very comfortable... giving retail investors a chance to buy the dip. While deploying frantically and fleeing just as wildly, what kind of magical script is this? I just want to know what these institutions know that we don’t.
