That afternoon when I had only 537 U left in my account, my hands were trembling. An impulsive opening of a contract position, and in 30 minutes, 60% of my principal was gone. I still remember that nauseating feeling.

At that time, my mind was full of the words "quick doubling," but I was brutally beaten by the market. Ironically, now with the same account, I have been steadily profitable for three consecutive months and have never been liquidated. This is not some secret or luck; it's just that I finally started to live a decent life.

The biggest fear for small funds is putting all chips in at once. My current approach is straightforward: allocate 200 U specifically for short-term trading, focusing only on BTC and ETH. If the volatility exceeds 3%, I withdraw immediately, giving myself no chance to explain. Another 200 U is used for swing trading, patiently waiting for clear daily signals before acting. The remaining 137 U stays there, untouched regardless of how crazy the market gets — this is the life-saving money.

People who go all-in and gamble are doomed the moment a needle hits. Those with some reserve can still survive even if they make a wrong judgment. I’ve seen many people use a few hundred U as gambling capital, only to see their accounts vanish in two weeks. This is not a casino; it’s a game where you need to survive long enough to win.

The market spends 70% of its time in frustrating oscillations, with very few true trends. Many people get stuck in the obsession of "not wasting any opportunity." Instead of frequently entering and exiting, it’s better to learn to wait — wait for clear trend signals to appear. The benefit of this approach is that although the gains are slower, it’s much more stable.

This really hit me. I used to be a all-in person, and now I am learning to save some reserve funds.

That knife really can break people's defenses, but then again, if you're going all-in, you should be prepared to pay the price.

At that moment with 537U, I truly understood. Now I realize that it's not about earning quickly, but about living long to win.

The 537 U that afternoon, I also experienced it. Thinking about it now still makes me break out in a cold sweat.

The moment my hand trembled was truly desperate. Thinking back now, I still feel a bit scared. The most profound feeling was that phrase "Live long enough to win," it really hit home. How many people have died from frequent all-ins.

I also went through the 537 block that day, it was truly hopeless. Now I finally understand that living longer is the real winner.
