First red month in quite a while hit different. Been rage trading way too much lately—let in a ton of emotions, not keeping my head in the game at all. The discipline just wasn't there. Those impulsive moves kept stacking losses. Key lesson: when you're not mentally locked in, the market punishes you fast. Gotta get back to following the plan, trusting the strategy, and leaving emotion at the door. Recovery starts with tightening up the mindset before anything else.

Emotional trading really is a killer; I've suffered quite a few losses myself.

The Red Moon really can break people's defenses. I've been the same lately; once my emotions get the best of me, everything falls apart.

The taste of the red month is indeed different; emotional trading is really a poison.

Emotional trading is really poison, no doubt about it... Losing money is just because your brain is flooded.
