Many people tend to overlook a legal risk point, but this trap can be particularly deep—
You don't necessarily have to be the mastermind behind the entire scam or the person who runs away with the funds. As long as you have participated in certain links within a case chain, such as attracting traffic, designing scripts, recommending products, helping to transfer funds on behalf of others, or assisting with collections, judicial authorities may consider you as a co-conspirator or an aider.
What does this mean? It means that even if you think of yourself as just "helping out," you could face the same serious charges under the law. Many have fallen into this trap because they do not understand the joint liability of criminal responsibility. Especially in the case of scams in the crypto field, any link in the participation chain could be held accountable. This is not alarmist talk, but a real legal reality.
