The stories of the internet workplace, suddenly thought of a few ideas:

The KPI system in big companies is amazing; maybe it should be open to middle school students to cultivate anti-involution awareness. From another perspective, this might be more effective than any career planning class.

Another idea—create an ordering platform where people who want stray cats to experience city life can place an order, and the system matches them with caring individuals to pick up the cats. It’s a bit absurd, but the contrast is quite strong.

Or let AI act as the company boss, specifically to teach employees how to politely ask for leave, negotiate for a raise, or submit resignation letters. Employees can rehearse in a virtual environment, so they’ll have confidence when it really matters.

The last idea is to turn vacant model homes in the city into "Life Experience Centers," where each person can live for three days to experience different social classes and scenarios. It sounds ridiculous, but the impact might be more profound than anything else.

Haha, KPI as teaching material is really awesome. Turning employees' pain points into negative examples is much more useful than moral education classes. The wandering cat order... Wait, does anyone actually use this? It feels like a novelty toy for the wealthy. I laughed at the AI boss teaching about resignation. No matter how well you rehearse in a virtual environment, when it comes to actually resigning, you'll still be trembling. It's useless. The model house experience center is somewhat interesting, but what can you really feel in three days? True wealth disparity can't be simulated by an experience center. This guy's imagination is quite wild, but he doesn't have many ideas that can actually be implemented. He's still stuck in the brainstorming stage.

Haha, I give full marks to the AI boss idea. It’s much more comfortable than talking to a real boss. The stray cat ordering platform is also a good idea. Maybe it could become popular. Using KPI for middle school students? That’s a creative idea—just teach them not to be crushed by society. The model house experience center sounds like a bureau, but I really want to try it.

Haha, this kind of creative thinking is really bold. Using KPI as a negative example is brilliant. --- Stray cat placing an order to experience city life... Just imagining it is already pretty absurd, but I really want to try. --- I believe AI bosses teaching how to negotiate a raise, anyway, there aren't many real bosses who can give a good attitude. --- Model home experience halls sound like performance art, but they really hit home. --- Connecting these ideas together, it feels like a satire of internet people’s own anxiety. --- Instead of messing around with these, why not directly cut KPI by 50% and see what happens. --- Virtual environment rehearsal for resignation letter... Are you trying to energize yourself? --- The "Life Experience Hall" is basically about letting the rich taste the life of the poor, but in the end, it’s still useless.

The KPI system indeed helps people see reality clearly, but what truly verifies the effectiveness of the system are hard metrics like employee retention rates and output quality. Just filling classrooms is meaningless. The idea of an AI boss is interesting, essentially a low-cost node testing environment. But the problem is that the consensus mechanism of virtual drills can never match the strategic logic of the real workplace, which is a systemic mismatch. Model home experience centers? Basically, it's about creating cognitive conflicts, but lacking a subsequent feedback loop, data can't be retained, and the experience ends there. There must be traceable indicators to make it worth the effort.

ngl the KPI arbitrage angle hits different... it's basically a yield farming mechanism for crushing employee spirit, the apr on burnout is genuinely astronomical 💀

According to technical indicators, these ideas indeed have different escape velocities. The KPI has already broken through the neckline, and the model home experience center is the true breakthrough point for the track.

Haha, this guy's imagination is a bit out there. I'm willing to pay for an experience with the AI boss. --- Using KPI systems for middle school students? Bro, you're not fighting against involution; you're directly brainwashing the kids. --- The wandering cat ordering platform is awesome, but I'm just worried it might end up becoming free labor for some charity enthusiasts. --- The model home experience center is really more touching than any social mobility paper; I was moved. --- AI boss teaching how to ask for leave? Wait, this is probably a more advanced form of workplace PUA... --- After brainstorming the whole thing, the most realistic part is still the critique of KPI; the rest is a bit romanticized. --- The idea of a life experience center is pretty good, but I'm worried most people will just experience it and then have to go back to reality and keep fighting. --- This guy really, three startup ideas in one comment. Remember to call me before you raise funds.
