Has anyone encountered this situation before? I want to withdraw $3000 from my account, but because I can't access the original registered bank account and phone number, I'm stuck at the identity verification step and can't complete the withdrawal. What's even more outrageous is that the platform only recognizes the original registration method. Why can't I directly update my account information using my email? Such a verification mechanism is indeed not flexible enough and is too unfriendly to those who have changed their phone numbers or don't use their bank accounts frequently. Is there any other way to bypass this authentication process?

That's why I never keep coins on small platforms, it's really a trap that will ruin you.

Damn, that's why I never use small platforms. The risk of running away is too high.

That's why I don't dare to change my phone number randomly now. A painful lesson learned.

This is a typical problem of centralized exchanges; the account is locked, indeed.

That's why I never trusted these centralized exchanges... I should have been using a self-custody wallet all along.

Ha, this is the common flaw of centralized platforms—so rigid it's unbearable.
