How did this happen? The opportunity was quite serendipitous. During graduation season at that Thai university, a group of graduates went to Singapore to look for jobs, but their academic credentials were questioned as fake. Traditional paper-based verification and third-party platforms couldn’t solve the problem—they couldn’t provide anti-counterfeit proof, and students didn’t want to upload their full transcripts on the blockchain for everyone to see. I then learned about DUSK’s privacy NFT technology, and my mind immediately turned—why not recommend the school try it? The plan is straightforward: package diplomas and transcripts into privacy NFTs stored on the DUSK chain. Students control access through the Citadel zero-knowledge identity system, and employers can only verify whether the certificate is genuine without seeing other sensitive details. As a result, the entire deployment was completed in just two weeks, with surprisingly high efficiency.
