I often see people on social media boasting about independent personalities and aesthetic perspectives, yet they turn around and play those popular public chains. This isn't to say that public chains themselves are problematic, but some people's words and actions do seem a bit mismatched.

No matter how eloquently you speak, how can independent personality emerge when you're constantly constrained? Engaging in trend-following operations, where is the sense of perspective and aesthetic judgment?

I'm not advocating for a high and mighty attitude; I just think that in the relatively free ecosystem of Web3, instead of shouting slogans, it's better to first ask yourself whether each of your choices truly comes from your heart.

Well said, this is a typical case of "talking about Web3 but not practicing it." Following the trend is one thing, but insisting on packaging it as an independent personality is a bit funny. The true choice should be made after careful consideration, not rushing in just because others are making money.

Isn't this just a verbal revolution, but following the trend with your hands? Laughing to death. --- Thinking about it, the loudest voices are actually the fastest to act. Where does this logic even fit? --- I just want to ask, those who talk about independent thinking every day, why do they all have collective IQ drops when buying coins? --- Instead of bragging all day, it's better to do something truly different. Unfortunately, it's hard. --- After listening to so much about vision and aesthetics, it turns out they're still following the mainstream, which is basically shooting oneself in the foot. --- Isn't Web3 about freedom? But in the end, it's still being led by public opinion. --- Honestly, it's just a matter of choosing freedom versus taking real action, and they don't match. Walking the talk is easy to say, but few actually do it. No matter how nice the words are, they can't hide the essence of following the crowd. The original intention of Web3's freedom is being gradually eroded. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, is it a true choice or being chosen? This sense of disconnection is becoming more and more apparent.

Is that your independent personality? --- Every day discussing the big picture, but their actions are as aimless as a kite. Laughable. --- With Web3 here, you should think about what you truly want. Don’t just talk without action. --- This is the current situation. There are many theorists, but very few who think independently. --- Basically, it’s just self-hypnosis here. Picking a hot coin makes you feel special. --- Inner self? Forget it, most people haven't even asked themselves this question. --- Looks very clear-headed, but in reality, their approach is still the same. A bit ironic.
