Many Web2 AI projects are actually facing business difficulties—ToC users are unwilling to pay, ToB sales cycles are painfully long, and computing power and team costs keep rising, ultimately relying on fundraising to survive. Frankly, technology isn't the problem; making money is.
If AI is truly going to explode, relying solely on Web2 methods won't be enough; Web3 will inevitably need to be involved. Why? Distribution efficiency, incentive mechanisms, capital flow—these are issues Web2 can never fully solve, but Web3 naturally has the answers.
Projects like Virtual provide exactly this underlying infrastructure. Currently, they seem to be leading the way, with relatively clear logic.
If you agree with the judgment that "AI business growth and incentive systems require Web3 support," then the final destination of the funds overflowing from the AI boom's capital pool is already somewhat clear. The only question is whether it's worth jumping in at this point; you need to see clearly for yourself.
