Why do traditional media people often feel out of place in the new world? The fundamental reason is simple — your physical laws are completely different.

In the traditional era, marketing was a defensive game. Channels were scarce, and the discourse power was concentrated in the hands of a few, so you had to be cautious at every step and repeatedly verify. But the world has changed now.

In the new media era, offense is the default option. Channels are everywhere, community voices are louder than official statements, and users can directly interact with project teams. In this environment, sticking to old routines — caution, conservatism, multiple rounds of internal review — is doomed to slow down.

The same applies even more to the crypto community. Projects that respond quickly and dare to interact directly on new media tend to run faster than their more cautious competitors. People with old mindsets don’t understand this logic, but there’s no place for them in the new ecosystem.

You're right, I've seen too many people from big companies stumble and fall in the crypto world, it's that kind of problem. Really, reacting half a beat too slow means immediate elimination, and they're still thinking about approval flow. But on the other hand, if these veteran players really turn around and leverage their resources, it can be quite formidable. Rapid iteration is the way to go, but it also depends on how much money they can invest. Community is the new channel; whoever understands this wins. I'm more optimistic about teams that are both daring and wealthy, with traditional backgrounds but clear-headed minds.

That's right, the traditional approach is indeed outdated. Constantly waiting for approval and overthinking, it simply can't keep up with the pace. True players are already arguing on Discord, and the outcome has long been decided.

Honestly, projects that do proper internal audits have long been abandoned by players.

Haha, precisely hitting the sore spot, the traditional media approach is indeed outdated.
