Abstract generation in progress

Burwick Law has filed a lawsuit against Pump fun and senior executives of Solana Labs / Solana Foundation once again, accusing them of creating a “manipulated, unlicensed gambling-style memecoin platform.” The lawsuit cites private chat records indicating that Pump fun co-founder Alon Cohen admitted that “most investors who buy memecoin on the platform will lose money.” The plaintiff also alleges that the platform exploited Solana’s priority fee mechanism, allowing a few early insiders to buy tokens at launch and sell to retail investors, and claims that some KOLs promoted the tokens without disclosing their partnerships or building positions in advance. However, the lawsuit currently lacks concrete evidence of direct profit for Pump fun executives, and whether the allegations are valid remains to be further examined by the court. (DL News)
