Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 14, According to DLNews, Burwick Law LLP has refiled a lawsuit against Pump.fun and Solana executives, accusing them of creating a "manipulative illegal gambling platform." Internal messages cited in the lawsuit show that Pump.fun co-founder Alon Cohen admitted that "most people lose." The plaintiffs claim that the platform used a priority fee mechanism to allow certain users to get ahead during token launches and accuse some crypto influencers of promoting tokens without disclosing compensation. Despite the serious allegations, the lawsuit lacks concrete evidence proving that executives directly profited, and the judge has allowed the plaintiffs to submit an amended complaint containing 5,000 private messages.
