I want to rehire an assistant, whose job is to organize information, find designated new projects, and identify interaction opportunities.

But I also think that many people cannot gain additional value from this job.

This job also lacks strong "stability," the work is complicated, and it requires instant responses. After thinking carefully, most of the tasks can be completed together with myself and the community builders.
