Denison granted licence for Wheeler River

Denison Mines Corp has received a licence from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission to prepare and construct a uranium mine and mill at its Wheeler River project in Saskatchewan. This marks the first uranium mine in Canada to utilize the in-situ recovery mining method. The project, which includes the high-grade Phoenix and Gryphon uranium deposits, is aiming for first production by mid-2028.
