Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 23 — Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced on February 23 that as of February 22, the company holds 4,422,659 ETH, valued at approximately $8.66 billion based on a price of $1,958 per ETH, accounting for 3.66% of the total ETH supply (120.7 million ETH), making it the world’s largest Ethereum corporate reserve institution. The holdings include ETH, 193 BTC, $200 million in Beast Industries equity, $17 million in Eightco Holdings equity, and $691 million in cash, with a total portfolio value of $9.6 billion.

In terms of staking, Bitmine currently has 3,040,483 ETH staked (about 69% of total holdings), with an annualized staking yield of approximately $171 million. The 7-day annualized yield is 2.89%, higher than the industry-wide Ethereum staking rate (CESR) of 2.81%. The company’s self-developed staking infrastructure MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) is expected to go live in the first quarter of 2026, at which point full staking will generate an annualized yield of about $249 million.

In the past week, Bitmine added 51,162 ETH to its holdings. Chairman Tom Lee stated that the company is currently in a “mini crypto winter” and continues to execute its ETH reserve strategy. He believes that the current ETH price does not fully reflect its potential as a future financial infrastructure. Bitmine’s institutional investors include ARK, Pantera, Founders Fund, Galaxy Digital, and DCG.
