First order of the job, ask yourself three questions
The biggest sense of ceremony today isn't clocking in, but placing an order. But before placing the order, I asked myself three questions: Is the trend right? Is the position size reasonable? Is the emotion too hot? ①【Holiday Battle Report】 During the Spring Festival, I was "half-position eating meat." Not much profit, but stable. After review, I found that what really works is controlling drawdowns, not chasing extreme returns. ②【TradFi Lucky Cat】 In the TradFi track, I focus on the combination of "low volatility + high traffic." In the Year of the Horse, stability is more important than storytelling. Dark horses may not be the most fierce, but they run far. ③【First Order of the Job】 I choose to build positions in batches. Going all-in is the choice of emotional traders; spreading out is the habit of probabilistic traders. The market offers opportunities, and it won't give just once. ④【Macro Catcher】 AI is still in the cycle, but the trend of US stocks and policy signals are more worth paying attention to. Truly worth "pushing in" are news confirmed by funds, not clickbait headlines. On the first day of work, good news can be discussed, but the position should be stable. The first wave of red in the Year of the Horse isn't a burst of margin calls, but a rhythmic run. #马年开工第一帖
