Yijing Optoelectronics: The company and its controlling subsidiaries filed for restructuring at the creditors' request

Yijing Optoelectronics announced that on February 4, 2026, the company and its controlling subsidiary, Changzhou Yijing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., received the “Delivery Receipt from Changzhou Intermediate People’s Court of Jiangsu Province” issued by Changzhou Intermediate People’s Court. Creditors Jiangsu Jeyang Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Kainuo Aluminum Co., Ltd. respectively applied to Changzhou Intermediate Court for reorganization of the company and Changzhou Yijing, citing that the company cannot settle its due debts and clearly lacks the ability to pay, but has restructuring value. They also applied for pre-reorganization filing registration before the reorganization acceptance. The company has not yet received the court’s acceptance documents for the reorganization application of the company and its subsidiary. Whether the court will accept the reorganization application and the specific timeline remain uncertain.
