Galaxy Futures: Lithium carbonate demand is good, spot market turning weak

Battery orders are relatively full, with downstream buyers actively purchasing at low prices for stockpiling. The inventory levels in the mid- and upstream are relatively low, providing overall price support. Even if supply increases significantly in March, it may shift to stock accumulation, but improved consumption tolerance for inventory buildup suggests a positive industry trend. If macro funds return, the previous correction has created room and flexibility for upward movement. However, regulatory environment remains strict, and combined with the risks of the Spring Festival holiday, cautious trading is recommended. A light position with a low-buying strategy is advised.
